For the past two years, alongside “Le Immagini della Fantasia”, the Zavřel Foundation has been organising an exhibition, open to the public all year round at the Casa della Fantasia, entitled “Il Sole Ritrovato”, inspired by one of the Bohemian master’s most iconic illustrated fairy tales.
The illustrations recount an important chapter in the history of illustration that took place in Sarmede between the early 1970s and the late 20th century, created by Štěpán Zavřel.
